I started my career with Pomp's 23 years ago as a Service Manager and have been fortunate to grow alongside the company throughout my career. The opportunities I've been given have led me through several leadership roles, from Sales Manager and Off-The-Road Sales Manager to my current position as Director of Sales and Operations, where I oversee a team of 190 employees. What I enjoy most is watching our team members learn, grow, and succeed in their careers. The lifelong friendships I've built with both employees and customers are what truly set Pomp's apart and make it a great place to work.
