We do not collect information through forms on third-party credit application portals — our financing "Apply Now" buttons simply open the lending partner's website in a new tab.

Service Appointment & Repair Requests

When you schedule an appointment or request a repair, we collect:

  • Your email address (entered twice for confirmation)
  • Your phone number
  • Your vehicle information (year, make, model, trim)
  • Your preferred appointment date and time
  • Your preferred contact method (phone or email)
  • Whether you will wait while your vehicle is serviced or leave it at the store
  • The store where you are scheduling
  • The items in your cart
  • If you choose, an authorized person and any optional services (such as a protection plan)

Tire Search

When you search for tires on our site, we collect:

  • Your vehicle information (year, make, model, trim) OR your desired tire size (width, aspect ratio, rim diameter)
  • Your selected store location

Dealer Application

When you apply to become a dealer, we collect:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number
  • Your business name and business phone number
  • Your business email address
  • Your business address (street, city, state, zip code)

Financing Applications

We display information about our financing partners — the Pomp's Tire Service credit card (by CFNA) and the Goodyear credit card (by Citibank) — on our financing pages. Clicking "Apply Now" opens the credit partner's website in a new browser tab. We do not collect, store, or transmit any financial or personal data to these partners through our site. All application information is submitted directly to the lending partner on their own website.

SMS / Coupon Communications

We may send coupon and rebate offers by text message. To do so we use the phone number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to unsubscribe.

When you visit our website, certain information is collected automatically:

Local Storage

Our website stores certain information in your browser's local storage (not cookies):

  • Your selected store location (store ID and name)
  • Items added to your cart (product IDs, quantities, and associated product details such as name, brand, price, image, and size)
  • Your previously entered vehicle information (year, make, model, trim)

This information persists between visits and is used to provide a consistent experience when you return to our site. You can clear local storage through your browser settings.

Location Data

If you choose to use the "use my location" button when browsing store locations, your browser will ask for permission to share your approximate geographic location. If you grant permission, we use your latitude and longitude to find the nearest stores to you. We do not track your location unless you explicitly click this button.

Third-Party Embeds

Our site embeds YouTube videos, a wheel configurator, and OpenStreetMap maps, and loads fonts from Google. These providers may collect information about your activity (such as your IP address) in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not control these third-party collections.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide you with the service or information you have requested through contact forms, appointment requests, and repairs.
  • To show you tire inventory, pricing, and availability at our store locations.
  • To store your selected store location and cart contents between visits to your site.

Our Use of Local Storage

Our website uses your browser's local storage to remember your selected store location, cart contents, and vehicle information between visits. Local storage is managed entirely by your browser — you can clear it through your browser settings at any time. We do not use cookies to track you or to store your session. The store, cart, and vehicle information you enter is sent to our servers only when you take an action on the site (such as searching for tires or requesting an appointment), and only for the purpose of completing that action.

Third-Party Cookies

Third-party services embedded on our site (such as YouTube) may set their own cookies or use their own tracking technologies. These third parties are subject to their own privacy policies. We do not control these third parties' cookies or tracking technologies.

Opting Out

You can refuse local storage by adjusting your browser settings, though doing so may affect site functionality. You can opt out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email we send, or by contacting us directly.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information you provide with the following third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website and delivering our services:

  • Ezytire — Our tire catalog, retailer, and appointment management platform. We share your vehicle information and appointment details with Ezytire to process your service requests.
  • SendGrid — Our email delivery service. We share your contact information and message content when you submit a contact form or request an appointment so we can send you a confirmation email.
  • Twilio — Our SMS messaging service. We share your phone number when we send you coupon or rebate offers by text message.

All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to us, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

Security

We take precautions to protect your information. This website uses HTTPS (TLS) encryption to protect data transmitted between your browser and our server. The computers and servers in which we store personal information are kept in a secure environment. We encourage you not to share sensitive information (such as social security numbers or full credit card numbers) through our contact forms.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16. If you are under the age of 16, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.
